The General Terms and Conditions of Use is a legally binding agreement between Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Rural Cooperatives, duly registered with these characteristics, in accordance with the national legislation of the country of origin (hereinafter “exporters”), the companies duly registered as importers, according to the national legislation of the country of origin (hereinafter “importers”), hereinafter jointly referred to as “users” or “user” and Rural Commerce.
By using the Services, users agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable published guidelines or rules.
1. The object
Rural Commerce aims to license the use of its software, website, responsive website and other intellectual property assets, providing tools to assist and streamline the daily lives of its users.

Consultancy in commercialization and Foreign Trade: Internationalization Plan; Access to purchase offers; Commercial profile in the international Marketplace; Assistance in adapting and creating products; Access to the negotiation area, Database of Importers.
b) Tools and Services on demand (Exclusive for “Exporters”)
Business Development Assistance: Translation; Business plan.
Assistance in Productive Development and Industrialization: Assistance in registering Products and Companies.
Assistance in Human Resources Training: Elaboration of customized Courses, Workshops and Seminars
Consultancy in commercialization and Foreign Trade: Assistance in Fairs and Negotiations in person and / or outside the Platform; Assistance in International Logistics for participation in Fairs and Negotiations; International Contracts Review, International Transport; Logistics in Transport and Customs Clearance.
c) Tools and Services included in the Commercialization fee (Exclusive for “Exporters”)
Business Development Assistance: Internationalization Plan
Assistance in Productive Development and Industrialization: Assistance in adapting the product to the target market; Assistance for added value.
Consultancy in commercialization and Foreign Trade: Moderation of disputes on the Platform, Red tape and Logistics Organization; Facilitation of financial operation; Assistance during negotiations carried out on the platform, connection between Importers and Exporters; Market study for export; Tax Reports of the Foreign Trade operation, Pricing Assistance
d) Free Services. (Exclusive for “Importers”)
Foreign Trade: Database of Exporters; Litigation moderation; Facilitation of financial operation; connection between Importers and Exporters, Chat for negotiations with "Exporters".
2. Acceptance
This Term establishes contracted obligations of free and spontaneous will, for an indefinite period, between Rural Commerce and Legal Entities (the users).
When using the platform, users fully accept these rules and undertake to observe them, under the risk of applying the applicable penalties.
Acceptance of this instrument is essential for accessing and using any services provided by the company. If you do not agree with the provisions of this instrument, users should not use them.
3. User access
All technical solutions available to the person responsible for the platform will be used to allow access to Platform 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week. 4. Registration
Access to the platform's features will require prior registration and, depending on the services or products chosen, the payment of a certain amount and the elaboration of a specific contract.

5. Services or products

6. Prices

7. Cancellation
Users will be able to cancel the contracting of the services according to the terms that are defined at the time of their contracting. In addition, users can also cancel services within 7 (seven) days after contracting, by contacting the internal chat on the Platform.
The service may be canceled by:
a) part of the users: under these conditions, the services will only cease when the cycle in force at the time of the cancellation is completed;
b) violation of the Terms: the services will be terminated immediately.
8. Support
In case of any doubt, suggestion or problem with the use of the platform, users will be able to contact support, through the chat available on the Platform.
These user support services will be available on the following days and times: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Brasília Time Zone - Federal District, Brazil (GMT-3).
9. Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the users:
a) defects or technical defects originating in the users' own system;
b) the correct use of the platform, the services or products offered, valuing good coexistence, respect and cordiality among users;
c) for complying with and respecting the set of rules set forth in this General Terms and Conditions of Use, in the respective Privacy Policy and in national and international legislation;

12. Termination

13. Changes
